Phone almost out of juice but had the shiteist night of all nights
Really need a help getting back
On the a470 5 miles from llanybrynmair in way to Newtown
Can't get through to Stu or Taylor
I can't move nor can the bike
Anyone can help??

Thank you for the offer SBF
in the end the broom wagon (Taylor) picked me up
Something I ate violently disagreed with me last night so spent a cold one in a bivi being sick
Then had 3 punctures in 5 miles which meant I had to walk about 10 odd miles
Just what I needed after 95miles on the bike with 5000m + in my legs!!!
Still, it will be a story in retrospect (or at least when I can handle solids again!)
