She has many skills. qualities and talents, but singing really isn't one of them!ScotRoutes wrote:Is she doing requests??

We have discussed the possibility of selling some of these in what ever size you need. Heading over this weekend, the kids are staying there while I do Ricch's Jenride, so will see how long it has taken her.
What did you have in mind

Very nice Ian!

It does look good. What was the damage on the wallet in the end do you reckon?

That does look good Ian - it's gonna get some good testing over the next few weeks!ianfitz wrote: Although I'm posting this in the MYOG forum it will actually be my dear old mum who I'm hoping to persuade to sew this for me (mainly as she is a retired pro seamstress and I'm am, shall we say, less talented with a sewing machine)

Rather ironically in my quote of your post and me quoting ian's first post, I missed the second page of replies which already included the answerwhitestone wrote:I'd clicked on the latest unread link so hadn't read the whole thread

More than it should have been as if I'd ordered a little bit extra length on the fabrics there would have been enough for two bags! As it is there's been quite a lot of waste (although I'll think of something to do with it - water-proof stuff sack probably) Plus a really big bunch of flowers!
The fabrics are from extreme textile .de you can check the prices there.
I did work it out ages ago it is a lot less than the MLD FKT bivy at $375! Plus postage and taxes...

Not a problem, some of these here threads get quite long!
