Here's my new video at last. I did this trip ages ago but got distracted by other things in the mean time, so it's taken me a long time to get finished. With a big trip planned this weekend I thought I had reduce the edit queue before shooting another one.

I'll watch this later when I get a chance. I like the idea of an adventure between work.

But may I ask - who on earth works 9-5 these days!!!? I swear it's a myth

I like how you took it from the boring mundane work stuff to out on the bike, good stuff :-bd
But, I would have liked it if you were riding your bike through the corridor at 44 seconds

Nice. I was expecting to see another shot of the bike back in the office the next day. And maybe a colleague asking why you were smelly:-)

Nice edit :-) Although I so agree that it should have ended back in the office.

I agree entirely with the previous comments, lovely work. :-bd

My favourite bit is when you wince when the phone rings. I know that feeling. Probably someone checking up on the TPS reports, ugh.

Was that the canal by Preston Bagot?

Where was the overnight spot - it looked familiar but I can't place it!!?

I would have liked to have done a little bit more of the next morning but as I mentioned in the ride report the clouds came over and it looked liked rain might be on the cards and I had no water proofs at all. I had quite a bit on at work that morning and with needing to get a shower and breakfast didn't really have time to mess about with the camera. I agree though it would have been a better finish.

Thanks for the comments, good to know people enjoyed it.

@slarge That canal at the end is the one that runs parallel to the road with the Yew Tree Cafe on at Wootton Wawen. The bridge you see me crossing at the end is a bridle way that runs up into the woods from that road, and the bivi spot was maybe half way along on the left hand said. There is a little gate you go through (although there is no ROW). The field is grassy one side (with cows in) but the small coppice on the other side was pretty much untouched and very secluded.

Neil, I know where you were! There's a bit of exploring to be done in those woods, and from the top of the track you were on is one of Warwickshire's best descents! ( there aren't many so it doesn't take much)

If you head over this way again give me a shout - would be good to meet up!

I like that, not far from me either - might have to go and have a quiet mooch that way.
