tent pole

Post by paramart »

just tested my luxe mini peak 11, defo w/proof as it honked it down, i would like to know if buying a backpacking light carbon pole is a good idea or did someone on here make a better one, i have a rod rest i,m going to use for this week, completely forgot to ask earlier.
it's not that I can and others can't, it's that I will and others won't.

Many carbon poles are really too flexy for 'mids due to the fairly long lengths required. I've no experience of the BPL pole but I'd want to know what the wall thickness and diameter was.
did someone on here make a better one.
I'm sure there's someone on here who could help

(Aren't you meant to pitch your tent when you get there - not before you leave home? )
