In good working order
It's been used hence the faded 'patina' (sorry) colouring on the device. Ive had it for years but recently moved over to powerbanks as a more reliable charging system, there are a lot of hills where I live.
It's in fully working order, see photos. On the website it shows a way to test if the charger is in working order and it seemed best to show this in photos to prove its working.
Device only, no cables or bolt included.
