Nah, it's the metal one that is like a big bottle cage. Bought to mount on my fork legs and have never used them and unlikely to very do so in the future

Thanks! I had another brake die on me yesterday, so I'm now unsure if the money that was about to be spent on this is going to have to be repurposed for a new brake!
