Failed trying to buy tickets for a gig twice this week even though both time it suggested I had them and just needed to pay within 8mins or so. At the next step I got a tech error and then lost the tickets.

Thinking of buying through Gigsberg but obviously have doubts about whether a ticket is genuine. Any one used them?
