Silk sleeping bag liner and light sleeping bag - just pull the sleeping bag up or down, depending on temp. Harder in a bivi bag then tent, admittedly.
This assumes you're not asking about sleeping at home......

I've done bivvy bag only when it's been like this - I still use a mat (as I'm old) but I slept OK. That said, apocalyptic downpours are incoming round here for the next day or two so I'd still have the Deschutes up.

Slept in a tent in the garden with my 3 year old last night. Started off just in shorts, on top of my sleeping mat. As the night progressed I put on a long sleeve top, then swapped my shorts for trousers and eventually in the early morning got into a lightweight sleeping bag.

Starting off in anything but shorts was much too warm, but the temperature dropped off enough that this was too little to make it through.

A bug net (MSR Mesh house Thru Hiker or equivalent) and optional quilt has worked for me on warm dry nights

Very light sleeping bag and an Audax hotel worked well for me. No mat on a concrete floor wasn't too bad.
