Tongsheng mid drive arrived for my old hard tail last night (birthday present), so I'm hoping when that's fitted I can do more consistent exercise with out buggering myself up so much. Only issue is there's now no framebag/bottle space

You're still metabolizing Al. Stop eating like an oaf now and after a couple of days of poos, you'll have lost something. I'm certain of it. Looking lean on the DD btw. Might join you in 2025

27/01/2023 - 85.7kg

17/02/2023 - 83.4kg
24/02/2023 - 82.1kg
03/03/2023 - 81.2kg
10/03/2023 - No weigh-in
17/03/2023 - 81.2kg
25/03/2023 - 81.6kg
07/04/2023 - 80.9kg
14/04/2023 - 81.6kg

Oops! Last week I bikepacked the Moray Way i.e. from Aviemore north on the Speyside Way to the Moray Firth, west on the Moray Coast Trail then the Dava Way south back to where I started. Needless to say, I burned a lot of calories over the days but my refuelling strategy was clearly a bit excessive because, going by the scales, I definitely failed to achieve a calorific deficit! Back on the straight and narrow tomorrow, honest!

Reboot....
10/04/2023 121.0kg
14/04/2023 119.4kg
20/04/2023 118.6kg

Down 4.3kg or 1593 table tennis balls :-bd

Did hope to do this month's BAM last night on my newly converted eMBT, but it fell over yesterday and the battery mount broke. If the part I've ordered comes today (yeh Amazon Prime) I'll get out tonight while the weather's good (hence today's weigh-in).

I’ve had a few weeks where I didn’t lose anything. I put it down to losing fat and gaining muscle as I’ve started rowing. My clothes still feel like they’re getting looser. Sometimes the scales aren’t the right thing to focus on. We’re driven by numbers, but if you factor feel into it - that’s just as important.
