No change in last four weeks. I'm actually surprised I haven't put any weight on as beer consumption has increased again.
Back on strict routine after Jennride

I appear to gain after a bike ride. I’ve put weight on from holiday and then after Jennride I’ve gained weight again. I must admit I eat a lot whilst cycling. It’s not always good food, so maybe my body is surprised by the sudden huge intake it stores it? Who knows. Really hoping to get back down to just below 84 again soon. But I’m on my bike this weekend 😂 aren’t bikes supposed to make you lose weight? 🍔 🍺 🍫 🍬 🍕

Thanks Dan. Congrats on you losing a hamster too. Well done everyone else aswell and especially a pat on the back is deserved for each one of us... Like they say, 'don't give up, giving up'.

This time next year, we'll be 1 year younger :-bd

FFS.... Broken/cracked/bruised/mangled ribs here from a front wheel wash out on a steep lose decent on Friday on the Fungle Road above Tarfside  Other bits are quite achy too...

I'm feeling rather sorry for myself just now, and may have eaten a load of poor show, but I'll be back....

25-04-23 - 128kg
09-05-23 - 124.6kg
07-06-23 - 129kg

Ok, so that happened.

I got back from riding the Tuscany Trail yesterday and this morning I've broken my record for the heaviest I've ever been - KABOOM!

I think there are a whole host of factors but among them, and ranking fairly highly, is horrific over-eating and drinking too much beer (riding it with mates this year so socialising every evening).

But my fitness and strength are feeling really good at the moment and my injuries are behaving for the most part.

And summer is properly here and so I'm über keen to get out and exercise as much as possible.

Let's see what happens next.....

Up a lb... not concerned. Off call so had a few beers the last couple of nights. Got out for a quick 30 miler on Monday, 2hr 15 with a 5 min mechanical stop, 1500' climbing too so I'm happy with that.
Feeling fairly good at the moment.

Sincw that last weigh in I've started training for an off road (proper off road, not just a fire road to tick the box) Everesting. Not even sure it's possible and though it looks like I've gained wieght, I'm (semi) constantly hungry and the belly has definitely gone down
