Is there another potential level of appeal after this

Court of appeal decision so i think they need to apply to supreme Court as its the only higher court and requires court of appeal permission or the supreme courts . As the decision was unanimous this would seem an unlikely route.
They can certainly ask and I assume they will ask.
Might be heard if the supreme court consider it of critical importance to the nation

A good result, thank goodness!

I had to laugh at the Darvall's response: "This case highlights the many and increasing challenges we face in trying to protect the fragile environment on Dartmoor. Our mission was to conserve this special place. It is regrettable that our role as custodians is greatly diminished.”

We all know the environmental wonders of managing land for profit, via exclusive hunting and shooting activities...no irony in their choice of words

Indeed everyone knows this was not his motive not least as he was willing to let you pay to camp
He is not a custodian either he is a rich man using it for financial gain.

It's primarily an inheritance tax dodge as agricultural land is exempt

One of the reasons why James Dyson is the UK'S number 1 farmer

Just think how much the legal fees could have done for outdoor education
