Help, I'm trying to spend money on the bb shop.

So I have a login that I can clearly get to the forum on. fatbikerbill

I am logging in using my login name instead of email.

That account has an associated email address.

Problem #1 I can not log into the forum with the associated email address.

Problem #2 I can not log into the shop with either.

I've got to admit that I've never logged in using my email address, only my username.
I flip between shop, forum and Stu's great blog using the menu (on all pages).
We go out into the hills to lose ourselves, not to get lost. You are only lost if you need to be somewhere else and if you really need to be somewhere else then you're probably in the wrong place to begin with.

No idea really Bill but I do know that user details for shop and forum don't need to be the same and one won't automatically work with the other.

Doh, I keep forgetting to check that. Hadn't seen October's how-a-BB2/300-route-is-born, or the plug for the Restrap bumper bag.

I fancy one of those bumper bars but 178g is far too heavy. Maybe Stu could do me a lighter knock-off.....

Ahh, perhaps that's the issue.
Maybe I have a different (lost) login for the shop.
