started on some new blood thinners, and by god i am bloody cold all the time.
spend most of my time in knee length shorts, and keela roadrunners when proper cold.
been for a spin tonight in the keelas and i was proper cold.
so i think i may need some warmer winter leg wear.
i dont want bib tights. so any idea's greatly appreciated.
some kind of winter cycling trousers with a raised back ?

Yeah if you don't want Bibs just get some cheap roubaix / fleece non bib longs. I use to use some DHB ones until the arse went on them. Under my endura singletrack long trousers they made for really warm legs

Decathlon do mountain biking trousers, you could prolly wear them over tights or some such...?

I recently got some Pearl Izumi Summit Amfib Lite Pants.

I thought they may be a good autumn option, but they are far too warm to wear yet. I bet the non lite ones are really toasty.

Supposedly soft shell, but bet they will wet out if it rains for too long. Deffo warm though. They wrent particularly high at the back, but not overly low either.

Also, both fox and PI do a Polartec Alpha lined pant. They will be really warm.

I've got some amfib tights which are toasty. They do wet out eventually but I don't remember getting cold legs when they did.

What about Rab Vapor rise trousers if you don’t want something cycling specific?

I was going to suggest these. The guide version is even warmer.

I use Endura MT500 Spray Trousers which I find warm enough for the whole winter, but if you wanted something even warmer you could try the MT500 Freezing Point trousers, I've not tried those, but they have Primaloft insulation.
