I'm using a Wildcat Lion with an alpkit 13lt dry bag. If you've seen the alpkit bag, you'll know it's sort of oval in profile, a squat little fellow.
Problem is it hangs low and rests on the lockout lever of my forks, and errr ...locks them out.
Any recommendations for a 13ltr ish round profile bag?

Have used the latter two and they work with the Wildcat harness (obvs with the Wildcat bags) The Revelate is pretty big TBH and you need to pack it quite tightly if you are putting a lot of kit in there as the ends will sag slightly otherwise. Here's a shot from last year's Jenn Ride.

All quite bulky but about 2kg in weight.

That's impressive, I've not attempted to try and bikepack with hammock gear just because of the two quilts factor, what temp quilts are they out of interest?

I think my 16L Restrap bag might take my 20f HG quilts, tarp and hammock if I really ram it in, no chance with my Wildcat bag though

My Caribou fat bike had fork mounts which I thought might take two quilts in 8L dry bags on gorilla cages, but I never got round to trying it before I changed bike.

Top quilt is a Cumulus 150 - very much a summer bag, 8C from memory, underquilt is a Cumulus Selva 250 rated to -6C I think, it's meant to be a 3/4 length UQ but for me it's closer to 7/8 virtually a full length, if I arrange it right I just need something under my head as a pillow. I doubt I'd even try with full winter weight gear, there's just so much bulk. I've now made my own asym tarp, did a post in the MYOG sub-forum, way less bulk than the Alpkit.

I've used Exped dry bags on trailbikes and never had the problem of the bag touching the fork crown, such as

300 g for a 12 L bag seems quite hefty though. Should last for a while...

I was going to enter the Wildcat one too, but stevenshand beat me to it.

I guess all above options will clear the fork. Foremost to keeping that from happening, try to find the some space elsewhere or cut down on your gear...
