Got something similar in my campervan. Does hot water at the sink tap and also for a shower - I built a wetroom

when it hot enought, in the UK, to shower outside... then you'll want a cold shower... or you'll need a shower cubicle/shower curtain., shower Tarp.... heated rail for your towel.
