Have these gone the way of the Dinosaur? I am looking to build a singlespeed specific rear wheel (I dont really have a problem with using a "normal 10/11 speed hub, ) and would like to find a 135mm QR singlespeed hub, any reccomendations? or are they now confined to history??
I am sure Chris King probably still make them but was hoping to hang on to both Kidneys for a bit longer.

Or just use a bog standard shimano hub and spacers. Even XT hubs are fairly cheap if you get the old style 6 bolt / big flange/QR ones.

Industry Nine and Onyx still making short cassette hubs too. At the less boutique end, Novatec also do one: https://www.novatecusa.net/product/d252sbt/

Thanks for the replies, here is another question, what are the main benefits of using a single speed specific hub over using a 10/11 speed hub with spacers? apart from needing fewer spacers?

Having the flanges further apart makes for a slightly strong wheel build. Shows your commitment to SS/makes you look cool.
