Bought myself a Lamina -9 rated sleeping bag on your recommendation and used it this weekend in the Brecon Beacons. Was quite a nippy night with damp air, but I was so snug. Loved the neck baffles and the chunky feel of the synthetic lofting. Preferred it to a down bag as its firmer structure meant that I could turn inside it without it turning with me.
Am really pleased with it.
I did have to buy a massive rucksack to carry it in, but small price to pay for a good night's sleep. (Am a little allergic to feathers so didn't want a down bag btw)
Thanks for recommending me the MH Lamina sleeping bag.

Cool (or not ;-) ) Glad you like it.
I have two and always got on well with them. The big, heavy winter one sometimes still gets used if the weather looks pants and often resides in my van in the winter for "emergency" use.
