I totally forgot to take a photo of my bike setup. Here it is earlier in the month when I completed The Icknield Way double. I had less stuff in the saddle bag, no backup water bottle, otherwise it was looking pretty similar.

OK, here's my setup for tomorrow's BB300.

Salsa Spearfish.

Saddle bag: bivvy gear
Frame bag: tools, spares, stove and fuel, evening food.
Top tube bag: food
Stem cells: food, camera, glasses.
Loop bar bag (hard to see): battery for light on bars, phone, cash.

Spare clothes (not many) will be in a camelbak along with a couple of litres of water.

Have a lovely ride Bob and everyone else. It's a lovely route and the rainbow even came out on last sitting...

I went too heavy. I thought i was going light until I picked it up to put in the van on Friday. No turning back.

My Orbea Occam TR

Bivvy bag (Hunka XL), mat (Downmat Lite 5L), 2 season down bag, pillow, base layer, in the 13l bar bag.
Down jacket, stove (Kraku), gas, 400ml mug, evening food (Firepot meal, extra snacks), day 2 food (porridge sachets, coffee, more snacks) in the saddle pack (Alpkit tapered dry bag)
Tools and tube in the Alpkit top tube bag
Immediately accessible snacks in the Stem Cell - to be restocked from the saddle pack as necessary - and water filter (Trailshot), cafe lock.

Not pictured: small rucksack with 2l bladder (though not full), extra Buff, waterproof, whatever layers I've taken off, 5000mAh powerbank, extra food acquired along the way.
