I see CRC are selling Bombers again - it would appear that some may be old stock (26", 1 1/8 etc) but others are a newly designed fork. I got quite excited until I saw the prices.

Seems a bit of an odd thing to do. Are there really that many people doing 'retro build's wishing to buy a new fork? I've got a pair of Mark 2 Z1's if anyone is interested, in similar nick to K1100's
Wonder if they are open damping or a stupid cartridge.....

I imagine these are from a container full of NOS that has surfaced from the depths of a warehouse somewhere.

Yeah, I'm assuming that the 26" stuff is NOS but there's a few there that look like entirely new forks ... boost, tapered etc.

Ah. From the vague description I thought they were new models.....
The Z5's were a dirt jumper fork with chromo stanchions - they weighed an absolute ton but were nigh on indestructible. I note these have the one year only QR20 drop outs The Z3's and 4's were budget variants of the Z1's. Oh for the good old days when you didn't have to service your forks every other ride.
