Got myself a shiny new rear Deore hub for the smart price of 32£ which will marry to the carbon rim - 29mm inner - I managed to buy of (I'm pretty sure) Lee Craigie. So cost of rear wheel to me, about £40 as i already had the rim waiting and just need spokes.

Front hub I think I've spotted a Deore for around £20. This is where it gets a little complex as i need a cheap but good rim. Summat that will handle 2.6ish tires nicely.

Pls has any spotted any ok deals. Target weight of rim needs to be around the 500g mark. No Stans or PX goodies pls and extra marks if 'not made in China'. Though the Uighers genocide is on trial in London by the same QC as whom tried Slobodan Milosovic, I'm pretty sure the China govt continue with their ethnic cleansing/torture/concentration camps ethos on the Uighers.

Anyway, I digressed... any deals spotted pls
