I also run G-one Ultrabite/Bite combo in 650b seize and didn't like them as much. Squirrelly on hard surfaces (flexy side knobs), did quite ok on softer ground, but not enough of an allrounder for me.
Now to try and find somewhere that has two Cinturato™ Gravel M in stock...
