I found some teak garden chairs at the tip and some of these are missing.
They are about 8 mm diameter don't know what thread.

I'm no expert but I think the thing by the sex bolt is called a tape measure

Starting to find them marked as Umbrella bolts or Binding Posts but just not the right size.
Might just try some threaded tube and M/head screws.

A rivet nut ("Rivnut") and a length of sleeve or threaded tube would do the same thing if you can't find a sex bolt.

Looked at them but they don't work as it would require a tube the same diameter as the female threaded bit over the male threaded part. The nearest I found are the things that hold photo albums (remember them?) together but they are not long enough.
The assembly acts as a pivot and you cant have shinny silver with teak it needs to be brass.
They may have come from the tip but we still have standards.

Binding screw or barrel nut? Sex bolt wins though.

threaded tube then - with flat head screws at each end. The threaded tube gives you the pivot and the screws hold it all together. And if you can get the zinc passivated finish you get almost brass effect.
