Looks like a smaller version of one of those stand-in bag / holdalls that open water swimmers use?

Flat round sheet or pull the cords and all your gear is covered up for the night.

Or the muc off one for twice as much.
Sure there's more out there too
Edit: some for £10 on Amazon (search: swim change bag mat) ;)

Square version made to my design by https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/KnotExpectedUK Really easy, a few messages via Instagram, exchange of pictures and arrival about 10 days later. 166grams including it’s own attached stuff sack. Set up so it’s a groundsheet, draw corded bag from the four corners or a mini tarp for partial coverage of a Bivi bag.
