Joe now has some rainbow toothbrushes in his shop - these are great for kids, either on their own or as a bundle (once they are old enough to use the tablets of course). The bristles are plenty firm enough for adults to use too so they are a good solution if you want to cut your own brush down to size or even *gasp* use a full-length brush.

Yes Hermes are doing him proud with prompt accurate deliveries on all but one parcel so far, whereas the PO is taking a week to deliver his 'large letter' sized parcels. Glad you liked the stuff - I will pass the message on, he will be pleased to hear it.

ps - for anyone else wanting things for Christmas - the Hermes last posting date is Monday so orders would need placed by Sunday evening. The PO last posting for 2nd class is tomorrow (Friday) for smaller lightweight items, but he will upgrade to 1st class for free for anything ordered over the weekend to be posted on Monday. After that all bets are off!

He has just listed some USB heated gilets - he only has two small and one medium men's sizes in stock (or 10-12, 12-14 women's) so be quick if you want one. I have the smaller sized one and I absolutely love it. It's pretty warm even before you turn it on as it has a reflective fabric on the inside. On our last bivvy I put it over my legs inside my sleeping bag and was toasty in no time. They are £30 for the small and £32 for the medium. As these are 'asian size' they are marked as L and XL.

It really has been a very tough year for him in so many ways and the shop has made a massive difference to his self-esteem and happiness levels. Hi, Joe has got some small aluminium bottles in now. He couldn't find any that a teaspoon would fit into I'm afraid, but you could pour from these ones onto a spoon if that works for you. Sorry it took so long to get them in! No pressure if they weren't what you had in mind. Capacity is 8 teaspoons of Horlicks

But one comment if I may:

As this is a very honest site, and says what it means, I think it would be a good idea to try and state the country of origin of the products....

Not thinking specifically of Brexit (I believe in own laws and individuality btw) but I am very much aware of the ‘China effect’....

And it’s appalling human rights record, and it’s take over of Tibet and the events of Tiananmen Sauare.

And it appears it is also playing a hand in Myanmar...

If people just want cheapest without any regard for other issues, it’s a race to the bottom.

Let me make one thing clear:
I do not, most definitely not, belong to the woke brigade. They are not the saviours of the moral high ground .

So whenever there is a moral question to be thought about, it’s not the sole domain of the woke.
Who in my view are a bit too woke...
