SPOT Flex Plan

Does anyone on here have experience of suspending their SPOT on the Flax plan. Main question is can it be done on the website without calling customer services? I'm very wary of activating it as they now only have a single customer services number with an international prefix on it. This could get expensive if stuck on hold for a while.

Can you call via ms teams or Skype? When I queried the lack of email they gave me an Ireland number - I’ll dig it out

I am using the Flex plan and you can suspend the service on your account online easily.
No problems so far.

Piece of cake on the my account page on find me spot, you just set it to suspend and it terminates at the end of the month you are in. I’ve just done mine this morning, it can be reactivated at anytime in the 12 month period before having to pay the flex plan cost again.

I had always been waiting for this type of plan before getting a SPOT. Hadn't noticed that they had finally got around to offering one.

7 months switched on you save money compared to the yearly subscription.
8 months break even.
9 months and it would be cheaper to go for the yearly subscription.
