slippery silnylon bathtub floors and thermarests

The bathtub floor on my Trekkertent Stealth One ( cracking little tent) is super slippery sil nylon and in conjunction with a Thermarest NeoAir X lite produces an almost friction free surface which, unless the chosen camp spot is billiard table flat, sees me gliding rapidly off to one side/end.
Has anyone tried painting strips of thinned McNetts Sil Net or similar to produce a grippier surface?

Thanks. I'll give it a go.

That’s the common go.
Another effective (but oft stinky or muddy!) solution I came up with on a several month trip with minimal gear or money to solve gear shortcomings was to jam my shoes under whichever end I was sliding toward. If On some rear occasion I was on perfectly flat ground, I usually jammed them under the toe end as I seem to slide downward in my wriggling.
Another option I like is a super thin ccf foam mat underneath. I use it as a sit pad during the day, and it provides extra insurance against punctures. Also boosts warmth about r0.5-r1.0.
I don’t use this set up very often on a bike because of the bulk, unless I’m riding with a rack (I roll it around a dry bag on top of the rack instead of using a seat pack in addition to two small panniers). It does fold small enough to be lashed to my handlebar roll or wrap around my handlebar roll if using a small bag up front.

I often use shoes to stop the slide or to level something up. Also keeps them out the rain on a tarpless bivy!
