I'm fairly well known for sleeping like crap / not sleeping at all so this thread has significant meaning to me!
I realised that the big difference (especially post injury) is that I need a pillow that has a certain amount of squish. I'm yet to try this one, but it looks like it could fit the bill.

Looks like a nice pillow that Rich. Despite it being an item I could least do without, I can't justify yet another pillow experiment .
