Baby Driver - a fantastic film, where the acting is based on the tempo of the film score, from start to finish. Very clever .

Picked up a couple cds (that I had/have on vinyl but no player): Pussy Galore - Sugarshit Sharp (love Yü Gung, original and PH, plus it’s a great EP) and Corpse Love (just so I have Kill Yourself...).

Also been listening to the Be Good Tanyas (primarily for Waitin Around To Die, yup, I’m a real happy chappy right now) which lead to Frazey Ford’s Indian Ocean (featuring the Wille Mitchell ‘Hi’ band used to great effect on the pre Rev Al Green) which has been played so much I’ve also invested in her new one U Kin B The Sun (despite the text, well, txt...).

After Toots died I did have a reggae renaissance inc The Gladiators (love the Trenchtown LP).

I stumbled upon Caterina Barbieri while listening to someone else on Bandcamp and following a random link. It was the last track on Patterns of Consciousness that blew my mind. I've not heard of Manuel Göttsching before, after googling him I'm not sure why, so that's another rabbit hole to explore.
