Bar flex is undervalued..

One of the reasons I like 25.4mm bars. I appreciate they can still be made very stiff if you wanted but I tend to think they're generally a little more forgiving.

Good find.

The + tube is rated for 62 - 75 mm.
Their 29er Magic Mary, Big Betty, Nobby Nic and a few others come in at up to 2.6" or 65 mm (according to Schwalbe, in reality 2.6" = 66 mm). I'll leave it to others to say if that's a 29+ size or not, but they seem to have the tyres to go with their own tubes.
Also quite a few Schwalbe 27.5 tyres go up to 2.8" which is equal to 71 mm.
But who knows, perhaps Schwalbe will be releasing some 29 x 2.8" tyres...

I think the magnet is in the pedal and the clear is just a metal plate. I imagine it would be slippy but the reduction in stones getting caught would be an advantage and I imagine a bit of slop wouldn’t stop it working so it might be ideal for days with a lot of getting off to go through muddy gate entrances.

I can foresee some true comedy moments for those with steel frames.

A waist pack? Gives me gut ache thinking about carrying all that on a belt. Used to have a camelback waist pouch and it was almost unusable with the 1.5l bladder full (the bag's bladder, not mine)

I do like Swift's stuff though. Pricey but really nice.

Oh for sure, their stuff looks very nicely made, if pricey. I'd certainly have one of their bar bags if I needed one or had the money. I know what you mean about that much around the waist...and extending the weight outwards seems a bit odd. Anyway, i'm sure a picnic blanket will come along at some point, then it's time for a wicker seatpack...
