Which Outdry specifically do you have John?

Paramo clothing is what I use and highly recommend.

You get damp in it but more importantly it dries when you where it. Unlike Goretex or other membrane fabrics that when the leak you stay wet in the. Paramo keeps you warmer when its damp and dries on you.

After trying lots of membrane materials I have given up on any of them keeping you dry especially with sweating underneath. Paramo breaths and stays comfortable. And I much prefer drying quickly now rather than trying the impossible task of staying dry

Columbia got back to me and it turns out that the Outdry Ex Gold Tech Shell has indeed been replaced by the OutDry Ex Reign Jacket.

I'll try to find out what the differences are.
