FS: Salsa Marrakesh frameset

For Sale - Salsa Marrakesh frameset - 54cm, beautiful turquoisey green "bianchi" colour.
I THINK it's approx 2016 vintage, bought as an unfinished project off e-bay in unridden condition and I've used it as a commuter for a few years. It therefore has a few scratches, but is in otherwise perfect condition...
It's not light... but it's great to ride
Includes:
Retails at approx £700 so i'm open to sensible offers around the £250 mark i guess (excl postage)
Alternatively, can sell as a built bike with a "unique" 1x9 mixed XT/Sora setup, full mudguards, pannier rack and some nice handbuilt wheels (open pro on novatec).
