Exposure warranty service

I've read of many that the service given is second to none ,but until you experience it yourself I'm pretty sceptical ,had a email they'd received my joystick yesterday ,just had another email saying it's been repaired and shipped ,for this customer service alone I'll definitely be buying more from exposure :-bd

Same here. Sent them 2 X Diablo’s just over a week ago, they were repaired and delivered to me today. Great service.

They sent me some revo cable clips free when I needed more
I don't mind paying extra for their products when you get outstanding service like this :-bd

the other company that's been excellent for be has been Endura

What issues are people having. I have a Diablo i bought in December, and im definatley not getting 1 hour on full power, probably about half that.

Mine stopped switching on ,quick call to exposure bypassing the retailer ,registered post and it was back in 4days
