Worlds worse snacker here, looked at this thread a few times thought I'd post something
Current weight is 83kg always aiming for 80kg but working shifts is a tough one no real routine and i know thats not an excuse but i do find myself having a snack or two on nights mainly through boredom, must try harder
......until next time

04/01/19 - 70.0kg
---
23/08/19 - 71.8kg (+0.3kg)
23/08/19 - 72.2kg (+0.4kg)
Target: +0.4kg to +0.8kg a week (for bone repair).
I've been told that I'm OK to go back to normal now, so I'm going to aim for a very slight loss or maintenance over the next few months. I'm going on holiday in a couple of weeks though... so, uhh... maybe after that?
New Target: -0.3kg to +0.3kg a week.

06/09/19 - 72.7kg (+0.5kg)
Target: -0.3kg to +0.3kg a week. (Maintain / slight loss?)
A bit much, but to be honest I've been so busy with work this week that my diet went out the window.

Re: Fatfighters 2019 Weigh-in Thread
Ha. I was thinking exactly the same earlier. Having got down to my target weight, I've rather taken my eye off the ball. A weigh-in this morning was at least a little reassuring.

I was away for a couple of fridays but I’ve carried on recording my weight, just not remembered to post it. Both of my main bikes are out of action at the moment so I’ve just been walking and running during the last month

Re: Fatfighters 2019 Weigh-in Thread
Sorry, I'm guilty of dropping the ball on this one. Life has been a bit full and I've not made time to keep on top of this thread.
Currently home alone with three little buggers but I'll find a minute this evening to do my weigh-in ( ) and get back on top of the spreadsheet.....

Re: Fatfighters 2019 Weigh-in Thread
And you all thought this thread had been forgotten about...
I've taken my eye off the ball a bit since "Summer" and subsequently avoided the scales like they were contaminated. However, it's my birthday today so I thought I'd best do a pre-festive weigh-in before things get messy.
Blow me, but I'm on 71.5Kg, so still below my initial target and 6.6kg lighter than the start of the year. That should give me some scope for being jolly these next few weeks without reverting fully to January's weight.
