My immediate reaction was, "That extra top tube is going to limit luggage choice."

I’m not sure of the practical reason for that secon tube. I understand the straight twin top tubes on the original, and really like them, but this one is lost on me, as is the Jones but not Jones other one.

I think they're worried about the welds joining the top tube to the seat tube, so an extra bit of bracing is required. Interesting solution to a problem?
