Anyone got a GPX route for tomorrow you could share please!?

Hi All,
Coming tomorrow with a couple of mates, left route planning until last minute due to being too busy, bike faff preparations have left us little time as we had problems with a newbies bike/gear setup, and being a bit poor show on IT hasn't helped!!
We've cobbled together a bit of a route but wondered if anyone would mind sharing a GPX route for tomorrow if poss, if anyone's got a route would be a big help.
Not looking for an epic, just a few days of decent riding.
Any help appreciated. An emailed file would be great, or we think Garmin (810) device could do it wirelessly at start with a similar device.
