WRT references.

Post by Bearbonesnorm »

I'm doing this now so I don't forget tomorrow amid the excitement of my birthday

Grid references will be released tomorrow (5th). If yours don't arrive by noon - consider:

Are they in your spam?

Are they in the spam folder of another rarely used email account?

Have you checked the account linked to paypal? 'Cos that's where they've gone.

Did someone else enter you via their paypal account? - they have your email or they've deleted it believing it not to be the most important email of the year.

Still nowt? Email me and I'll send it again.

Enjoy :-bd

Yep, Happy Birthday To Yoooooooo :YMPARTY: \:d/ :YMDAYDREAM: etc etc. Thanks, genuinely, for all your work as our noble leader over the past year! Hope you get some nice prezzies - a new tea mug maybe, or perhaps an umbrella.....

(Yes yes, I'll do the Lonely Hearts stuff as soon as I've absorbed the GRs. Not that they would be remotely relevant of course, even in the unlikely event of any sort of 'plan').

Some random numbers have appeared in my inbox. I did some analysis and then ran them through one of our descrambling systems. Apparently the message is:

Happy Birthday Stu! :-bd

A cracking set of GRs there Stuart! I'm sure there's one in the middle of the Afon Dyfi to make up for there not being one in the Irish Sea .

Lovely view of the forest from there though, and coincidentally it's the only one of the GRs that I'm thinking of visiting .
