I think you're one of the few folks who Columbia's sizing works in favour of.

Happy days and great jackets, IMO

and brought with him/her, some beautiful pieces if artwork from a man in a shed somewhere in the middle of some grass... In a land far, far away...

Weighed em on the cheap (used to sell Agar and Aloeswood oils as a hobby so needed some precision) Salter scales too and they came in at 37g or 38g... Couldn't make up its mind.

I believe you're meant to display em like so:

In case Reg is wondering (though I imagine he has some), none were into the 7g territory and ranged from 6.2g to 6.7 (or was it 6.8!)...

Grabbed one cheap after it was posted in the offer thread. Will see soon enough if it's any good.

Stayed up overnight with some weight on it, so no worries about leaking like some people have mentioned.

Mmm I sympathise with those embarrassing night time leakages. It's an age thing.

And delivered Lost Lanes Wales (plus patch) and a Gore Shakedry jacket which is going to be returned. By the time I made my mind up to buy one (thanks to the sports pursuit PSA on the bargain thread) SP only had women’s jackets left, no problem I’ve plenty of women’s cycle kit (Including some Gore stuff) ..... Sadly my expanded midriff Is too much for this jacket.... yes I want to lose weight but I think it’s best to return it for now..... unless anyone on here is interested in it?

... and delivered a pole-a-bear and bear paws. Thanks Stu! You can obviously disregard most of my email about sending the WRT t-shirt with my pole. 😂

If it stops raining, I may pitch the tent and have a kip.

Yep, got a six pack here.

Yours are 2.4g overweight Shaf. I'd push for your money back off that bloke if I was you  .

Postie dropped off two 26x1.6 inner toobs today to shove into the Conti slick tyres my son bought for his bike. Most of his riding these days is on his back wheel up and down the village streets, so he wanted some road tyres, but had not remembered he was on a very nice tubeless set up of old Stans rims and some Mavic knobblies.

Perhaps understandable as we put them together ... must be five years ago now, and apart from stuffing a few ml of sealant in there every now and then, they have been ignored. In that time, he's had them on a few bikes and we've done some big stuff with them.

Somethings just work, eh?

And dropped me off another rucksack, the bag count is getting pretty serious now

Aiguille Alpine Midi 40, lovely bag with a very basic design, and long back length

Aiguille's a small family business, tucked away at the back of the yard in Staveley. Adrian is a top bloke; his son Jonny set off to sail solo around Britain at the age of 16.

I know some folks tried their bike-packing bags; it would be nice to see some long-term feedback.

Very cool WRT 2020 t-shirt just flopped through the letter box. Thanks Stu ... will feel a bit of a fraud wearing it as I didn't attend, but I'm sure I'll get over that.

Sorry, those pics are truly terrible. Sadly rather than a proper test in the mountains I shall test it by going swimming with the kids this evening!

We got some new Aiguille bags for the MRT a few weeks back. Still as bombproof as ever. I have my one from uni days somewhere upstairs. Must be 20 years old at this point.
