After a mate and I decided to spend £15 on a bottle cage specific 330ml flask (and then finding it didn't fit ALL cages!) comes this stainless Thermos bargain from Amazon. £3

I'm just building up a cheap town-bike (bike #6) and Mrs Boss has been royally miffed that I've spent about £50 on bits for it (it's mostly built from old components laying around the workshop) and yet I'm mightily tempted to buy that Stooge frameset.

I've got some wheels and other bits and pieces and so could build something a bit special up for under £500 - now how do I approach my more financially sensible half without sustaining a serious injury.....

I am a shorty at 5ft 6 but have always used weights so I'm thickset with a 46 chest and the large fits me just right (a bit long in the arm and body but that's just right for cycling )

Given that I all but live in the buffalo version, it seems rude not to try the trekmates version

Geax 26" inner tubes for £1 at On One and various of Geax tyres for £10.
http://www.on-one.co.uk/c/q/components/ ... turer=geax
You need to spend £50 to get free delivery and there's not much for 29ers though.

Those are cheap tubes but iv noticed the valve length.... 25mm that wouldn't be enough poking through to get the pump on!
