Sorry to troll you Steve mate, but you're treading in my old footsteps here . Had a normal Synmat, then invested in H/L version, then finally a Winterlite (H/L) which is only about 40g heavier and does me all year round, leaving the other two for emergency use only, sigh. You'll have the trio set afore long mark my words .

Every little helps, I did another test load out,shelter and cooking kit+food for an overnighter 36lb. A shocking 26lb lighter than my first WRT, realistically I’m going to be heavier than that but I’m confident I can go out at the next WRT under 40
