Pictures Ian, what's more appropriate? Mug shot - or would a whole person on a bicycle work ok?

Either is fine but they are likely to be 2 or 3 cm square in the book. Depends how shy you are

What sort of stuff are people writing for their 2017 adventurous pledges? I don't actually have any definite plans for bikepacking races yet and not sure what to write.....

Caol Ila is not whiskey it's whisky.

Important distinction!

That is bad, bad error. Entirely mine too.

I hope that in time I will be forgiven, and permitted to visit Scotland again. I do love it there...

Was a good read. Was amused by the shopping incident... and a little horrified by the sleep riding into a ditch one.

We have a finished the words, swapped the layout around so it makes sense and flows better. Also sorted out the personal and brand pledges. It's just having a final layout then a proof read, then it'll be off to the printers. I'll send out an update email when we have an exact ETA. It should be in the next couple of weeks though

Sounds like these are arriving now. I'm away from home so haven't seen the finished printed version. Only the 'final' v13 pdf.

How is it looking?

Got mine today, and a quick flick through it looks really good. Excellent photos and a good mix of quotes, comments, etc. Looking forward to a full read (as is my other half) :-bd
