Since I fell off hard onto the point of my knee in November, I have been slowly building it up again.....my work physio diagnosed a deep bruising under the kneecap....he said keep riding if you can :0)

It still hurts a bit, more achey than hurty, but I've got a couple of off road centuries in, with not too much pain afterwards.....
I'm coming up 47 next birthday, and I think that's mostly the problem with my healing time!
