+ courier's handling fee (some peeps find that stings )
I would be very surprised if many folks order them when they can't even give you an estimate of what the total fees may be! Glad I've got my Jones bars which means I can get away without this or a harness... The carradice saddlebag hangs nicely 😁

https://wholegraincycles.com/products/j ... pify_email
Their homepage says its not available as they're still fullfilling kickstarter orders. The original Bikepacking.com article described the company as being UK based so its a shame they won't import a batch themselves for distribution.
Not that I'm in the market for one but I'm very wary of giving money to anything with no more contact details than an email address.

Anyway, what's wrong with just shoving your hands down the front of your bike shorts to warm them like the rest of us? (*)

(*) Absolutely nothing of course. However, it's probably inadvisable, at least in polite company, to accompany the warming with loud shouts of " 'BONER!! ".
What do you mean nesh.?
It's probably got an alternative (unsavoury) meaning* now.

Interesting. A mate of mine did the Kickstarter and was complaining about the time it's taken to get them made. To be fair, I think you should expect that with kickstarters, none of them go to schedule.

Their homepage still says you can't buy them, but guess that's just not been updated (bit slack though).

Bit weird that they're selling in € and shipping them direct from China, and saying "you'll get charged for duty, but we don't know how much... let us know though". I know buying from China is fairly common these days, but it's usually because you're buying direct from the manufacturer with minimal margin... which given the price, can't be the case here. Kinda strikes me as trying to have their cake and eat it. I'm not sure many people will go for it, which is a shame because I like the concept.

If anyone is looking for a nice Rab jacket. This green version with Gold insulation seems a proper bargain.

Trekkit are really nice to deal with too so a double win.

Endura humvee trews for £35. I paid 50 odd quid for mine 3 years ago! I really like them for Autumn, Winter and Spring; and so far they have proved very durable. Tempted to buy another pair for when mine wear out....

Phil, how do these compare to Singletracks? I had some Humvees in the 3/4 version and the mesh panels were annoying (well, they ripped too quickly after a little bump or 2). Thanks.

Not sure to be honest. The 'longs' don't have mesh panels like the shorts and just two zipped pockets. Just checked endura site - looks like the singletracks are more robust but quite a bit dearer.

There is an absolute bargain of a medium Krampus on gumtree just now - in Wales. Looks too good to be true (and the price has gone up between two adds which is odd) but might be worth a look - search 'surly' on gumtree and it will come up - £725

All Bold Unplugged (1 and 2) frames 35 % off, all Bold Unplugged (1 & 2) complete bikes 20 % off when ordered before 31.12.2022.

That's about 2100 quid for an exceptional 150 mm carbon trail bike frame.

I saw that too. Looks like someone has bought it and is flipping it for double the price on eBay.

Might be a bargain, don't know. However £20 does seem reasonable for a rear facing bike camera with light I may add.

It's because of the forum filter that changes "Rapha" to "Crikey, how much"
