I've only ridden one once and that was only briefly. Did make me smile.

Instead I went for a Rooster. Dunno if it's even vaguely going to offer a similar experience but sod it. Try it and see 8-)

I went for a Krampus for similar reasons. Everyone I asked at the time said 29+ is better way to go unless your also likely to be doing beach/snow/bog riding (which I am not). I love the Krampus, but being a short ass it feels a bit tall and I can't get any bike packing bags on it, so I have the fat bike itch again especially as the on-one fatty is being sold for silly money at the mo

Why can't you get bags on it?

Oh, and waiting for a Kickstarter offer to come through from Sam @ Singular is a good exercise in personal expectation management. I suspect it'll come through but have one of those niggles, like a wayward cable guide or something. All adds character

Don't have a problem with putting bags on mine - is the issue that the seat's too low?

Tall tyre, low seat...

I'm waiting for B+ rims and tyres.

Surely bottles in a chaff bag at bar/stem or under saddle triathlete style, anything cages on forks, a frame bag with bladder inside, room under the down tube (you'd need a #soenduro marsh guard type fender up front instead though I guess), bag between seat post and top tube, are all ways of getting more luggage on there?

The too tall thing I can understand being a short arse too, but it sounds a lot like finding reasons to buy a fatty, tbh...
