I'm surprised anyone on here buys a full bike, surely most here are that pedantic about bits and contact points that a full bike is pointless

I used to be like that but think buying an overall bike is far less stressful. Buying a bike shouldn’t not be stressful, it should be pleasurable but I always end up really stressed with the decision process :oops: Buying a complete one takes some of that away (and keeps it cheaper too I think?)

Reg and Stu are right, it’s not about the bike but I do feel like which bike I pick out somehow will shape the ride that I’ll do or experience.
