Nope... nothing too hard for me please. I dont like bogs nor cold nor wading through rivers that are waist high (not that I imagine thats what all the standard BBs love... but after reading some of the post ride reports it does sometimes make me wonder  )...

"Am yo trying ta say I'm a yam yam Reg" - I actually meant "YoungAgedMadness" as a forum name for yer lad . But now you mention yamyam, I've looked it up & should've realised .

"Person from the Black Country", which is in the W Midlands, very close to Birmingham. The Black Country dialect is very unique. Yam yam derives from 'you am' e.g 'yam coming with me ay ya?'
A couple of drug smoking munch seeking yam yam's in a car:
"Yam gewin the wrung way! Where am yo gewin kid?"
"I ay at all!"
"Ye yam, yo day tek that last turnin ya saft get!"
"Oh arr, soz I day realise"
"yo'll atta gew back im starvin I cor wait no longer kid!"

JC: "route's already sorted" - so's mine (the luxury of a chilled Friday!) and it involves ice-cream. In theory you could packraft from the door of the Star all the way to Aberdyfi, although the Ffrwd Fawr waterfall at the start could prove an entertaining rafting challenge.

Different beast, although you could make the WRT waaay harder than the BB200 of you were that way inclined.
Yeah, I've done that.

My 2017 route made the BB200 look downright friendly.

Edit - Amusingly bits of the 2017 BB200 route mirrored it.

Anyway, all booked in. I'll be at The Star as usual making people confused as to how someone so small can drink so much...

I'm super excited for this!! Spent some brownie points to slip under the mrs' radar for a few days. Will have a bit of making up to do after, but not before I head to Jenn Ride and "The Distance"

Unless I get my tent or tarp sorted before all of the shenanigans I'll be using old Kwick Save plastic bags cellotaped together and refresher bars for poles !!

I'll probably be the one that's upside down at some point.

Just south of there at Pennant, at Bear Bone Towers from around 10am on the Saturday morning
Some will (as normal) meet up at The Star Inn for the Friday night and a few (too many) shandies

As John says, the WRT starts / finishes at BB Towers. You'll get all the details when you get the GR at the start of April.

The Star Inn at Dylife is just a short walk away from the flat parking area just down the hill a little

Hmm, I'm in, what have I done?

I am assuming there is a comprehensive programme of alternative, indoor, activities if it looks a bit rainy or cold?

Sorry for a daft question... so whats the default position for most riders the night before and the night at end point... do you guys just sleep in your cars or bivi closeby somewhere... or do you get to lay your bivi/mat/bag down at BBtowers? Same Q for both/all events (ie. bb200 and WRTy

For the WRT I drive over from Notts - There are obviously advantages for getting there the night before and bimbling over to Bear Bones towers at leisure in the morning but an early start from Dewsbury should get you there in ample time.
