You know his address so finding out his name shouldn't be hard. Then over the next six months save up all the magazine ads you can find for those hideous ornaments and decorative plates where there is no down payment but you pay a bit each month. Then get someone else to fill them all out for you in this jerks name and send them all off. Not all together mind, start with one, then a week later three, then a month later all the rest. Revenge is best served cold. :YMDEVIL:

You should report it to the police as you are a victim of an assault and then a civil claim against this person through a solicitor for damage to yourself or your bike. Just because two people are involved in an accident doesn't give any of them a right to assault the other person.
