WTD Steel 29er frame

Post by Ben98 »

My dad is looking for a L/XL steel 29er frame to build into a touring bike, so will need rack mounts. He's looking to buy a 21" inbred frame, but I thought I'd ask here to see if anyone had anything else?

Got a Large inbred frame with vertical dropouts surplus to requirements - of any interest?

Few questions
Is that a 19 or a 21 inch?
Any dents?
Colour?
Price?
Location/postage costs?
Can you post pictures here or email me them?

Many thanks

Ben its a 19 in a sort of bluey green colour. No dents and in reasonable nick - a few bag rubbing marks but not down to the metal and few other scuffs. I alos waxoiled it before building so no rust inside the frame tubes. I used it for about a year including a trip to Iceland. Below shows the colour but I'll sort out some proper photos tomorrow. Price wise I'm thinking £75 posted?? I live in fife in central Scotland.

£75 posted sounds perfect.
I'm away until September, but I'm happy to pay now if you'd be happy to post it once I'm back? PM me your bank details if that's all ok with you.
Many thanks

Ben
There is no rush so happy to wait until september to do the deal - that will give me a chance to sort out a bike box etc (I may have the one it arrived in up in the loft!)
If you are OK with paypal I'll pm the details towards the end of the month.
Many thanks
Phil
