This week the postman has mainly been bringing me an etrex 30x and bracket from Germany and a the last few bits for a road bike (!) build. Now finished and ridden in Cumbria this week.

Next week he will be bringing me some pdw mudguards to put on the road bike...

New Giro gloves, Exposure Redeye, reflective patches from House of Astbury and reflective tape off ebay. Also not in shot some female connectors that fit the Exposure stuff.


Better, cheaper and should last longer than some stupid paint!

Yodels just been with my north face blue kazoo.

Normally i avoid tnf kit but this was a used deal on a down bag i badly wanted/needed as my synthetic 3 season snugpack is bulky and heavy.

Picked up the as new blue kazoo for 125 quid and it fits like a glove- many light weight bags i find too short and restrictive at 6ft 3.

An its half the weight and size of the snugpak. Now ti work on a "system" to give me 4 seasons use out of it....

Fwiw footflaps on stw is selling an me dewline 300 minimalist bag that would have been mine bar the fact its a regular so tight for a 6fter even.

That's a nice bag for winter use in the UK,well priced for its warmth to weight. Luck myself for buying the synthetic version of it over this

Loops from Ton for the Cooker, H Bars for the Moonie from Gari and an MWOD chainring with complimentary Salsa Bikepacking book from CTBM. Rather pleased I didn't pay for the book (although the chainring wasn't exactly a bargain... ).
