I imagine they're fantastic if you're a racer though.
Except that CO2 will populate a Stans Bunny in the space of less than a week, so you're better off with "clean" air :|

Could you use co2 to seat the tyre then reinflate with a track pump? Or would the presence of left over co2 still screw things up?

Ben, the latter has been my experience in the past. I view CO2 as emergency use for short periods only

I only use CO2 for seating / emergencies.

Takes all of 10 seconds with a track pump to fill it after it's seated.

Well, that was easy. Removed tubes, fitted valves, chucked in a load of stans and used the airshot. Went straight up!

Sad, I know,
but I'm disproportionally chuffed with this. No Engine, No cable. Check out the stripes. :-). And I get some exercise pushing it.

What grips do you have on it? Tempted to swap to some Jones loop bars?

A copy of the Grit CX Annual hand delivered by the lovely Llyn. An initial flip through looks promising, how much new stuff's there if you're a subscriber, I don't know.

Thanks for the laughs chaps. It's the barebones of lawnmowing.

The lawn does'nt need watering, it needs less fertilizing. Oops!

A crisp packet with a plastic stick inside from Ceulan.
It's going to go nicely with my other thing that I've got to wait AGES for now.

Today the postie brought a pair of 420mm Exxotic rigid forks and a front disc hub

Plus a couple of days ago I also got a pair 155mm square taper cranks.

Got a neat little build going on currently :)

My sis took up archery a year ago then this year decided to stick to just the longbow. Winning golds in county competitions already, really pleased for her.

A cracking little afterburner stove and windshield from Stu. Already had a trial run on the patio, and works a treat - cheers Stu!

And some new 165mm cranks for the cx bike, a Thomson seatpost and gear cable for the same.

A couple of Alpkit tapered air lock bags (one for me, one for the mrs); a set of titanium tarp pegs; a MyTi mug. No shot as I think you all know what they look like
