21 x 11cm? Now, that is dinky
We go out into the hills to lose ourselves, not to get lost. You are only lost if you need to be somewhere else and if you really need to be somewhere else then you're probably in the wrong place to begin with.

For me my "natural environment" is miles of sandy beaches (sometimes the tide can leave lots of tiny ruts that the Lauf will absorb) and sand dunes, but with off roading and canal tow paths in between.Ian wrote:Although John appears to be ploughing a lonely furrow with the Lauf stuff, all the pics I've seen with them fitted to a fat bike look OK. must be to do with comedic proportions of the tyres or something.
In any case, for fat bikes the Lauf fork makes a lot of sense where their natural environment* may cause issues with telescopic forks.
* opinions may vary on what/where this is
Ref "all the pics I've seen with them fitted to a fat bike look OK"
I should be posting up a photo or 2 of the Lauf/Fat/Travers build about Wednesday, so be prepared for a Marmite love it or hate it bike.

Re: The post man's been ...
After 2700ish miles my On One Gravel Road tyres are looking worse for wear. They're OOS at OO in 40c so I've opted for the just as niche sounding Challenge Gravel Grinders. Bit less centre tread so they should be better for the Summer.
